Products may be used indoors or outdoors but are not fireproof
Products should not be used near open flames or extreme heat
Children should be supervised when using the product
Egg’n LLC is not responsible for injury, damage, or misuse

SECTION 23 – PERFORMANCE & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Performance may vary due to weather, moisture, seating surface, and usage conditions. We do not guarantee waterproofing, warmth, or durability under all conditions.

SECTION 24 – DONATIONS, FUNDRAISING & PROMOTIONS

Egg’n LLC may support charitable causes or fundraising initiatives through monetary donations, product donations, or percentage-based promotions. Unless explicitly stated, Egg’n LLC is not a charitable organization. Donation amounts, recipients, and timing may change without notice.

Organizations participating in fundraising programs acknowledge contributions are based on qualifying sales and issued according to schedules determined by Egg’n LLC. Programs may be modified or discontinued at any time.
